Tassel Ridge® Mandarin Pecan Slaw


  • 1 14- oz package coleslaw mix
  • 1 11- oz can Mandarin orange slices drained
  • cups chopped pecans
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh basil
  • 6 oz crumbled feta
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • ½ cup raspberry vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Tbsp sugar
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Directions: Combine ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Serves 4–6.

Wine Recommendation: Tassel Ridge Steuben

The Tassel Ridge Mandarin Pecan Slaw has lots of flavors that would overwhelm a white wine, but a red wine would dominate the slaw’s flavors. Tassel Ridge Steuben offers the right balance of body and fruit to nicely complement flavors in this slaw. Made entirely from Steuben grapes, Steuben is a light, fruity, semi-sweet rosé with cherry and apple notes and just a hint of cinnamon on the nose and cherry and apple flavors on the palate with a slightly spicy, tangy finish.
