Last week, we harvested Brianna which we are growing at both Tassel Ridge and Maple Woods vineyards. The quality seemed good but the quantity was very disappointing.
We had two good weather days late last week while we waited for Edelweiss to ripen. We got a lot of mowing done and inspected the vineyards for loose trellis wires and put them back in place.
We harvested Edelweiss on Monday and Tuesday. Time and weather permitting, we will apply granular fertilizer to the vineyards. This will help next year’s harvest yields. And, we will continue fixing trellis wires and posts.
