The vineyard team focused over the past two-three weeks on removing trees from the east side of the Tassel Ridge Vineyard and they are now working on the west side. They have also started work on the Steuben Block at Meadowcreek Vineyard.
We ordered a new piece of equipment that will allow us to mow not only the row between the vines but also under the vines on both sides of the tractor all in one pass. This will help us keep weeds under control after we get a specific vineyard block cleaned up. The new mower just arrived and someone from the supplier will be coming out to set it up for us.
