Our vineyard crew has been removing suckers and weeds from beneath the vines. Work started in Meadowcreek East and moved to Meadowcreek West where both the La Crescent and Marquette are now done. We also cleaned up the nine rows in the northwest corner of Tassel Ridge where we will plant the Clarion next week.
Next week, we will plant the new Clarion vines. We got the grow tubes assembled this week so they will be ready. We will continue removing weeds and suckers under vines and will start fertilizing the vines again.
