1½ lbs fresh strawberries, cut in half
¾ cup sugar
1 cup water
1¼ lbs fresh kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 bottle Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom
¼ cup lemonade
1 bottle Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Iowa White, chilled
Combine half of strawberries, sugar, and water in medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool 3 to 4 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine strainer into bowl. Using a spoon, press strawberries against strainer to get all liquid from strawberries. Refrigerate mixture until cool. Combine remaining strawberries, kiwi, Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom, lemonade, and cooled strawberry liquid. Stir well. Refrigerate until cool, at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator just before serving. Add about ⅔ bottle Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White. Pour Sangria into glasses, making sure to get some fruit in each glass and to leave some room at top of each glass for more wine. Top each glass with more Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White. Serves 8–10.
