Recipe Notes

Wine Recommendation : Tassel Ridge Prelude

This recipe for Granita is all about fruit, and the wine in it needs to complement the citrus in the recipe. Tassel Ridge Prelude is the perfect match. A semi-sweet white wine with citrus, pear, nectarine, banana, and tropical fruit notes, Prelude is made from St. Pepin grapes grown in our Mahaska County, Iowa, vineyards and Muscat grapes.— Bob Wersen, Owner, Tassel Ridge Winery
