We will bottle Oskyfizzante Cranberry this week. Because it is a fizzy wine, it has to be bottled with our hand-operated counter pressure filler. Our typical fizzy wine bottling run is about 160 twelve-bottle cases or about 400 gallons. As soon as this wine warms up (within a couple of days of bottling), we run it through our labeler to apply front and back labels and we also apply the sleeves on the tops of the bottles.
We have several batches of Concord going right now. They are part of the blend from which we make Red, White, & Blue®. We will be racking them off Bentonite.
And, we will begin the cold stabilization process on a second batch of 2019 Iowa Marquette; and we will filter our 2020 Iowa Edelweiss.
