Tassel Ridge® Drunken Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Tassel Ridge Finalé Raspberry
- 5–6 oz dried cherries
- cornstarch slurry (recipe below)
Cornstarch Slurry Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water

Pour Tassel Ridge Finalé Raspberry into sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Remove from heat. Add dried fruit. Let sit for 30 minutes. Remove fruit from wine and set aside. Return wine to heat. Bring to a hard boil. Stir in cornstarch slurry. Continue stirring until desired consistency. Return fruit to sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cornstarch Slurry Directions:

Put cornstarch in small bowl. Add cold water. Stir until smooth paste forms and no lumps remain.
