Tassel Ridge® Arugula Citrus Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups arugula
- 2 oranges peeled and sliced
- 12 black olives
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup candied pecans
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar reduction or balsamic glaze
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Spilt arugula between two plates. Top with oranges, olives, feta, and candied pecans. Drizzle with balsamic and oil. Serves 2.
