In the cellar, we have two batches of Red, White, & Blue that are being racked (moved from one tank to another, leaving behind solids at the bottom of the tank) and filtered. We are receiving a truck load of bottles which we put in our warehouse. We will order screw caps and Blackberry juice. We will be tasting our 2019 Iowa Marquette which is in barrels and will top those barrels. And, we will be doing some bench trials with 2019 Iowa Louise Swenson and 2019 Iowa St. Pepin.
