Our Cellar Team will bottle and label Sweethearts Rosé and also will bottle Rockets Glare Rosé this week. The Sweethearts Rosé is only 20 cases but it is all done by hand because the bottle won’t fit in the bottling line. Even the label has to be attached by hand. Rockets Glare Rosé is a longer run but it can be done on the bottling line. We will filter special batches of Marquette and Frontenac and begin cold stabilization of two other special batches of Marquette and Frontenac. Our first batch of Red, White, & Blue® for the year is getting ready for bottling sometime soon.
