The Cellar Team is testing and tasting grapes on a daily basis and we will harvest right when they are ready. Brianna is likely to be the first grape harvested.
Meanwhile, the bin dumper needs to be attached to the crush pad forklift, the scale will be certified, the grape processing equipment will be cleaned one last time and then greased (with food grade grease), hoses will all be cleaned, the glycol leak we just discovered will be fixed, and our contractor will add glycol to the chiller system. And finally, the new expansion of our chiller system will be checked out and tested. There is lots to do and not much time to get it all done.
