We have about 540 cases of Cranberry Wine to bottle this week.

In addition, we have lots of cellar operations to perform. We will rack Edelweiss off a fining agent and begin cold stabilization of Edelweiss. We will also rack St. Pepin off a fining agent. We’ve finished cold stabilization of Brianna, La Crescent, and St. Croix and will rack them off Bentonite. We will be blending our Candleglow® Red and getting our 2020 Iowa Harvest Red ready for bottling next week. We are also barrel ageing two red wines and we will keep checking on them to make sure they don’t need to be topped.
