On Wednesday, We Bottled a Brand-New Wine: 2021 Iowa Frontenac

On Wednesday, we bottled a small run of 2021 Iowa Frontenac. This is a dry red and it is the first Frontenac Red we have ever made. This wine will have a month or so to settle down and then we will release it. We worked on cold stabilizing the 2023 Iowa Edelweiss and filtered a batch of Red, White, & Blue®. Periodically, we need to check the SO₂ levels on the wine in tanks and we got that done this week. And, we are getting the new Moog tank washer fitted out for our high-pressure water lines so we can clean tanks more easily again.
