A photo eye on our labeler failed last week and until the replacement arrives and is installed, we can’t bottle more wine. For the moment, we are dead in the water.
We used our time this week to rack the Iowa Brianna and begin cold stabilization. We came up with a plan to get several batches of Red, White, & Blue® into bottles. That will include cold stabilizing the latest batch that has just finished fermentation and filtering another batch. We tasted the 2020 Iowa Marquette and Petite Pearl and we continued monitoring the Blackberry fermentation.
