Tassel Ridge® Berry Sparkler
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry purée see note following
- 1 cup Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante® Iowa White
- 8 blueberries or 2 strawberries halved
- 1 bamboo swizzle stick
Instructions

Pour ½ cup strawberry purée into 10-oz wine glass. Top with ½ cup Tassel Ridge Oskyfizzante Iowa White . Stir gently. Thread 4 blueberries or 2 strawberry halves onto swizzle stick. Add to glass. Serves 2.
Recipe Notes
Note—To make strawberry purée, put 16 ounces fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar in blender and purée.
