Try these combinations… or experiment with your own:

  • Tassel Ridge Finalé Blackberry with dried blueberries
  • Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™ with dried cherries
  • Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow ® with dried apricots

Serving suggestions―use to top cheesecake, ice cream, or pound cake; use as or add to pie filling for a special treat; try Drunken Blueberries in muffins

Note that Chocolate Granfinalé™ may clash with chocolate desserts, so use it as cheesecake topping or with non-chocolate desserts.

Wine Recommendation―Tassel Ridge Finalé Raspberry.

Finalé Raspberry is a dessert wine with an intense rush of tart raspberry aroma and flavor. Yum!
