Tassel Ridge® Maple Ginger Pork Loin
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2–3 lb pork loin cleaned and trimmed
Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Place in large zip top bag. Add pork. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pork from refrigerator. Put pork in pan. Pour liquid over pork. Place pan in oven. Cook about 45 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F. Remove from oven. Let rest for about 15 minutes before slicing. Serves 6–8.
