Fizzy wines aren’t just for special occasions. Use them to make drinks, pair them with everyday foods, or just sip them when you’re in the mood for something bubbly.

Pair Oskyfizzante® Red with Pepperoni Pizza (it won a Silver Medal for wine paired with Pepperoni Pizza at the Mid-American Wine Competition), or try it with Spicy Bacon Wrapped Breadsticks.

Serve a Mimosa made with Oskyfizzante® Iowa White and orange juice with upcoming holiday breakfasts, and pair Oskyfizzante® Iowa White with Tassel Ridge® Wiener Schnitzel (see recipe in November 15 e-Letter or on website).

Pair Oskyfizzante® Cranberry with everything turkey or ham, and try it with Tassel Ridge® Cranberry-Almond Brie en Croute (see recipe in November 15 e-Letter or on website).

Pair Oskyfizzante® Pink with chocolate and other desserts like Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, or Vanilla Bean Bread Pudding (see recipe in December 22 e-Letter or on website).

These Spicy Bacon Wrapped Breadsticks are delightfully spicy, and Oskyfizzante® Red is a semi-sweet wine that is the perfect combination of sweetness, fizz, and body to balance the spicy cayenne pepper.
