Tassel Ridge® Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced papaya, mango, or pineapple
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Toss fruit, onion, and cilantro in bowl. Add vinegar and sugar. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serving Suggestion—Serve with your favorite chips or use to top chicken or fish tacos.
