We are working with Edelweiss this week and start by getting Star Spangled White® ready for bottling. We will bottle both Star Spangled White in 750 ml bottles and the Christmas Tree bottles this week. We will get the next batch of Oskyfizzante® White ready for carbonation this week and bottling next week. And, we will start cold stabilizing a batch of Red, White, & Blue®.
Then, there are the tasks that we do regularly: ordering labels, topping barrels, adding oak staves to our 200 gallon barrels, updating the bottling schedule, check the SO2 levels on all tanks, add CO2 in the form of dry ice to the tops of all tanks, and checking the dissolved Oxygen on all tanks and recording that data.
