Adam Nunnikhoven excels at demonstrating how we carbonate Oskyfizzante Iowa White and then put it in the bottle. His description of the carbonation tank as a pop can is striking considering that the tank is made of stainless steel and has a wall thickness of at least ¼ inch. That is one heavy pop can! The carbonated wine and the bottles are cold so we don’t lose any carbonation during bottling. They are so cold that they sweat and we can’t put labels on for a couple of days before the bottles warm up.
