This week, we will bottle Iowa Lace. This is a wine made from La Crescent grapes grown in our vineyards. Before we bottle, we will be doing a dissolved oxygen (DO) test to make sure that the DO level is as low as we want it. If it is too high, we will run some Nitrogen through the wine to strip out the DO.
We have four batches of Red, White, & Blue® at various stages right now and we’ll start the process to get one of them ready for bottling late this month.
