This is a big week for bottling. We will bottle Oskyfizzante Iowa White on Tuesday and 2020 Iowa Brianna on Friday. When we bottle the Oskyfizzante wines, we have to wait for a day or so to apply the label and capsule. This is because both the bottle and the wine are quite cold (they hold the carbonation better when cold) and the adhesive on the label won’t stick to the bottle. So we have to leave the unlabeled wine for a couple of days before labeling.
We will be filtering the Iowa Candleglow® Red, the 2019 Iowa Marquette, and the 2020 Iowa Brianna to get them ready for bottling.
