This week, we will finish up the last bottling session with our very popular Red, White, & Blue. We are completing cold stabilization of a batch of American Pink Catawba. A shipment of Steuben and Cranberry juice is expected this week.
We are getting ready for harvest by getting the cellar all cleaned up (it’s a never-ending task). The technician who performs the annual preventative maintenance work on our presses will be coming soon. Finally, we are getting labels for two new wines, 2019 Iowa Louise Swenson and 2019 Iowa St. Pepin. As soon as the labels arrive, we will bottle these wines.
