This week, we will bottle American Steuben and get Cranberry Wine ready for bottling next week. We will also be monitoring some fermentations.

We purchased some barrels made from American oak that have high levels of whisky lactones. We will be ageing a special batch of Iowa Sabrevois and also some of our 2020 Iowa Marquette in these barrels as an experiment to see if we can improve the palate weight of these wines. We will be doing some fining on our 2020 Iowa Marquette and are working on a new blend of 2–3 red wines.
