These Asian Burgers have lots of flavor from the soy sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, and the Ginger-Lemon Aioli, and Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Rosé has sufficient body combined with nice acidity to balance these flavors in a very pleasant manner. A dry rosé with strawberry, raspberry, peach, and nectarine notes and a slightly drying finish, Tassel Ridge Iowa St. Croix Rosé is best served chilled.
