Tassel Ridge® Prelude Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Fuji apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Tassel Ridge® Prelude
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch in bowl, making sure to coat all apples. Pour Tassel Ridge Prelude over apples, making sure to cover all apples. Set aside. In separate bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, and flour. Mix until crumbly. Place apples in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with oat mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until center bubbles. Serves 8–10.
