Tassel Ridge® Bacon Cheddar Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 6 oz chopped bacon
- 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 15 lettuce leaves
- 15 Roma tomato slices
- 15 slider buns
Instructions

Combine beef, bacon, cheese, and pepper together in bowl. Shape into 15 2-inch sliders. Grill over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F). Place burgers on buns. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serves 5–7.
Serving Suggestion – Add your favorite barbecue sauce to your slider.
