Tassel Ridge® Bacon Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 6 oz chopped bacon
  • 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 15 lettuce leaves
  • 15 Roma tomato slices
  • 15 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, bacon, cheese, and pepper together in bowl. Shape into 15 2-inch sliders. Grill over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F). Place burgers on buns. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serves 5–7.

    Serving Suggestion – Add your favorite barbecue sauce to your slider.
