Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 3½-oz box instant vanilla pudding
- ½ cup Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé wine
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- Rockets Glare Rosé Syrup (make syrup about 15 minutes before cake comes out of oven–recipe below)
- Rockets Glare Rosé Glaze (recipe below)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cake mix, pudding, Rockets Glare Rosé wine, water, oil, and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into 10-inch, well-greased, Bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove cake from oven. Using handle of wooden spoon, poke holes in bottom of cake. Pour half of Rockets Glare Rosé Syrup over and around holes. Let cake absorb syrup. Invert cake onto serving dish. Drizzle remaining syrup, using several passes, over top of cake. Cool cake for 2 hours. Drizzle Rockets Glare Rosé Glaze over cooled cake.
Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, cut into ½ pieces
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé wine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions

Stir butter, water, and Rockets Glare Rosé wine in medium saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted. Add sugar. Continue stirring until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium-high. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Set aside.
Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1½-2 Tbsp Tassel Ridge Rockets Glare Rosé wine
Instructions

Combine sugar and Rockets Glare Rosé wine in bowl, adding enough wine to thin glaze to desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake.
