Tassel Ridge® Spiced Cranberry Wine Punch


  • 1 bottle Tassel Ridge Cranberry Wine
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • ¼–½ cup sugar to taste
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish, if desired
  • 5 whole cloves


  1. Combine Cranberry Wine, apple cider, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in slow cooker. Let brew for 2 to 3 hours on low. Let cool to room temperature before placing in the refrigerator. Chill for at least an hour. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.

  2. Chef’s Note—If you don’t have a slow cooker, simmer the ingredients in an at least three-quart saucepan over low heat for 1 to 2 hours, until flavors blend. Percolators also work well (and in a shorter time).

  3. If you prefer a warm drink, skip the cooling process and serve in mugs or heat-resistant glasses.
